We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented HR professionals to join our growing Microfinance team.

📌 POST: HR EXECUTIVE / SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE

📍 LOCATION:

Balangir, Odisha

Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Visakhapatnam (Vizag), Andhra Pradesh

💰 SALARY:

Senior HR Executive: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month

HR Executive: Up to ₹20,000/month

🎓 QUALIFICATION: MBA – HR & Finance or equivalent.

💼 EXPERIENCE:

HR Executive: Minimum 1 year; Freshers may also apply.

Senior HR Executive: Minimum 2+ years of HR experience, specifically in Recruitment.

Industry Requirement: Microfinance industry experience is mandatory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & HR KNOWLEDGE:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Employee Onboarding

HR Operations & Documentation

Statutory Compliance

Achieving recruitment targets and handling hiring challenges

Branch-level recruitment and HR operations.

🗣️ LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:

Telugu mandatory for Vizag location.

Odia preferred.

⭐ REQUIRED SKILLS:

Excellent communication and coordination.

Strong interpersonal and team-handling skills.

Willingness to travel to branches as required.

📍 PREFERENCE: Candidates from Western Odisha will be preferred. Candidates from other regions may also apply.
