We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our agricultural machinery manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for expanding market reach, developing dealer networks, and promoting agricultural equipment to customers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers
Promote and sell agricultural machinery and equipment
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaigns and promotions
Provide product demonstrations and customer support when required
Prepare sales reports and maintain client records
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, or related field
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of agricultural machinery/equipment preferred
Ability to travel for field visits and client meetings
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
