Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and result‑driven Field Sales Representatives to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services, generating leads, and achieving sales targets through direct interaction with customers in the field.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Conduct field visits and interact with customers to promote company products/services
✔ Generate sales leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into customers
✔ Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the organization
✔ Establish and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing clients
✔ Demonstrate product features, explain pricing, benefits, and offers clearly
✔ Conduct market surveys and gather customer feedback
✔ Report daily sales activities and territory performance to the Sales Manager
✔ Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer service issues
✔ Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in CRM

Required Skills & Qualifications

📌 Minimum Qualification: 12th / Graduate (Preferred)
📌 Proven experience in field sales or customer acquisition preferred
📌 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
📌 Target‑oriented with strong selling abilities
📌 Ability to work independently and travel within assigned territory
📌 Basic smartphone skills and familiarity with field reporting tools
