Job Description

The supervisor manages daily buying, storing, and selling of farm products. They make sure everything runs smoothly between farmers, workers, and customers.
Responsibilities:
Buy crops from farmers or suppliers
Check quality of goods
Manage stock in the warehouse
Supervise workers and assign tasks
Arrange transport for delivery
Keep basic records of stock and sales
Talk to customers and handle orders

Requirements:
Basic education (graduate preferred)
Some experience in agriculture or trading
Good communication skills
Ability to manage people

Work Type:
Field + warehouse work
May need flexible working hours
