Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify, engage, and convert potential customers for our agriculture equipment business. The role involves market research, and digital outreach to generate high-quality leads and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through field visits, dealer networks, farmer meetings, and digital platforms
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, distributors, and rural markets
Build and maintain a database of farmers, agri-businesses, and institutional buyers
Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, social media, and on-ground campaigns
Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team for conversion
Organize and participate in agriculture fairs, demos, and promotional events
Develop and execute lead generation campaigns and strategies
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and close opportunities
Track, analyze, and report lead generation performance metrics
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve conversion rates and pipeline growth
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
1–5 years of experience in lead generation / sales (preferably in agri or equipment industry)
Strong understanding of agriculture products, tractors, implements, or farm machinery
Experience in field sales, rural marketing, or dealer management
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital marketing platforms
Willingness to travel extensively in rural and semi-urban areas
