Job Description

Location : Berhampur & Bhanjanagar
Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads for Loan Against Property products through field visits, referrals and other channels.

Meet prospective customers and understand their loan requirements.

Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation and process to customers.

Collect and verify customer documents and coordinate for loan processing.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Coordinate with credit, operations and other internal teams for smooth processing.

Follow up with customers from application to loan disbursement.

Achieve assigned business and sales targets.

Eligibility:

12th Pass / Graduate; relevant experience preferred.

Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.

Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to travel for field visits.

Knowledge of LAP/financial products is an advantage.
