Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers in the field and generate new loan leads.

Explain loan products, eligibility, and repayment terms to customers.

Collect and verify customer KYC and loan documents.

Conduct field verification and customer visits.

Assist customers throughout the loan application process.

Follow up on applications and ensure timely processing.

Maintain good customer relationships.

Support collection and repayment follow-ups as per company guidelines.

Achieve monthly loan disbursement and business targets.

Skills Required:

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Basic knowledge of smartphones and documentation.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.
