Job Description
Retails Counter Sales(No Target)
Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting footwear based on their requirements.
Handle counter sales and customer queries professionally.
Maintain proper product display and showroom cleanliness.
Check product availability and assist with stock management.
Support billing and day-to-day showroom operations.
Provide a positive customer experience.
No sales targets.
Eligibility:
Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass / +2 Pass
Experience: Freshers to 6 months of relevant showroom sales experience
Age: Below 25 years
Gender: Male candidates only
Local candidates preferred.
Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 9:30 PM
Salary & Benefits:
CTC: Up to ₹14,000/month
Approx. ₹11,700 in-hand after PF & ESI
Additional ₹3,000 incentives + bonus as applicable
