Job Description
We are looking for a female candidate to join our team as an Accounts & Telecalling Executive.
Position: Accounts & Telecalling Executive
Qualification: B.Com / Commerce Graduate
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Skills Required:
Good knowledge of Tally
Basic accounting and bookkeeping
Good communication and telephone etiquette
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel
Ability to handle calls, follow-ups, and customer queries
Good organizational and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally
Handle invoices, payments, receipts, and basic account entries
Make customer calls and follow up with clients
Handle incoming calls and provide necessary information
Maintain records and prepare basic reports
Coordinate with the accounts and management team
