Job Description

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Accountant to manage financial records, maintain accurate accounting books, and support all finance‑related functions. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with financial regulations and help streamline accounting processes for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Maintain daily financial transactions, bookkeeping, and ledger entries
✔ Prepare and maintain financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
✔ Manage accounts payable and receivable
✔ Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
✔ Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
✔ Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
✔ Prepare and submit reports to management as required
✔ Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
✔ Maintain expense reports, invoices, and payment records
✔ Ensure accurate recording of payroll entries (if required)

Required Skills & Qualifications:
📌 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Commerce / Finance (B.Com / M.Com / or equivalent)
📌 Prior experience as an Accountant or in a similar finance role
📌 Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
📌 Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
📌 Excellent numerical and analytical skills
📌 Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
📌 Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
📌 Good communication and teamwork skills
