Job Description

Overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing, cash management (handling registers), and adhering to safety, hygiene, and security protocols.

Monitoring stock levels, conducting inventory audits (cycle counting), implementing FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices, and managing product expiry.

Driving sales performance, implementing promotional strategies, ensuring proper product placement on shelves, and maintaining attractive, clean, and organized displays

Handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and fostering a positive, welcoming shopping environment.
