Job Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise restaurant staff and coordinate duty schedules.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Manage inventory, stock availability, and coordination with suppliers.
Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain restaurant service quality.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Graduate preferred; relevant experience and skills will be considered.
Experience in restaurant or hospitality operations preferred.
Good communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
Ability to handle customers and manage daily restaurant activities.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and inventory management is an advantage.
