Job Description
Start, stop, and regulate boilers using automated systems and manual controls.
Watch gauges (pressure, temperature, water levels) and meters to ensure optimal performance.
Test boiler water quality and add chemicals to prevent corrosion.
Adhere to strict safety regulations, conduct safety tests, and ensure operational standards are met.
Diagnose and fix malfunctions in boiler systems.
Record operational data, maintenance activities, fuel usage, and test results.
Work with other maintenance staff and respond to emergencies.
