We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Training Specialist to support client onboarding, product training, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will help existing clients understand and use our digital solutions effectively while identifying opportunities for upselling, lead generation, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Training and Support: Provide training, onboarding, and ongoing support to existing clients to ensure effective use of OhhPro's digital products and services.

2. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional services, features, and solutions to existing clients.

3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to improve satisfaction and retention.

4. Market Research: Research market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

5. Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads for business expansion.

6. CRM Management: Maintain accurate client information, training records, follow-up details, and lead data in the CRM database.

7. Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of OhhPro's solutions to prospective and existing clients.

8. Follow-Up and Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and ensure timely support.

9. Business Growth: Contribute to customer retention, revenue growth, and the expansion of OhhPro's digital ecosystem.

10. Reporting: Maintain regular reports on client interactions, training sessions, leads generated, and business development activities.

Eligibility and Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Interest in client relationship management, customer support, training, and business development.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is an advantage.

• Ability to explain digital products and services clearly.

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a growing technology startup.

• Positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused approach.

• Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may apply.

Compensation and Confirmation

During the Training Period

• Monthly stipend: ₹3,000–₹5,000, based on the applicable training terms and performance evaluation.

After Successful Confirmation

• Fixed monthly salary: ₹12,000–₹20,000.

• Final salary will depend on the candidate's skills, performance, and evaluation during the training period.

Confirmation and the applicable salary will be communicated officially by the company following the performance review.
