Job Description

Job Title: Preschool Centre Head / Centre Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the overall daily operations of the preschool.

Handle parent enquiries, admissions and counselling.

Coordinate with teachers and support staff to ensure smooth functioning.

Monitor children's learning activities, safety and development.

Maintain admission records, attendance and other documentation.

Conduct parent meetings and address their queries or concerns.

Ensure proper implementation of preschool curriculum and activities.

Manage staff schedules, classroom arrangements and centre discipline.

Eligibility:

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate.

Experience in preschool, teaching or educational administration preferred.

Good leadership, communication and management skills.

Ability to handle parents, children and staff efficiently.
