Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (MRF to onboarding)
- Sourcing candidates through portals, consultants & internal references.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate assessments with HODS.
- Follow up on shortlisted candidates' documentation.
- Coordinate with Corporate HR for offer approvals and offer letter release.
- Monitor and maintain Recruitment TAT and prepare MIS reports
Onboarding & Induction
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
- Complete joining formalities and documentation.
- Conduct and coordinate induction programs.
Employee Engagement & Development
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Drive Kaizen participation and follow-up.
- Support training & development initiatives.
Payroll & Employee Relations
- Address payroll-related grievances of on-roll employees in coordination with Corporate Payroll team.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and statutory compliance inputs
- Handle employee queries, and documentation as per company policy.
