Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update office records, files, and databases
Handle data entry and documentation work
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and MIS reports
Manage emails, correspondence, and office communication
Ensure proper filing and document verification
Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining office workflow
Required Skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong communication and organizational skills
Typing and data management ability
Basic accounting or office administration knowledge is an advantage
Eligibility
Graduate
Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years experience
Basic computer proficiency required
