Candidate will be Working directly within a Lenskart store, responsible for assisting customers with selecting eyeglasses and contact lenses, conducting eye tests using specialized equipment, and achieving sales targets within the physical store environment, often providing excellent customer service and product knowledge to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the eyewear selection process based on their style and prescription.

Stay updated on the latest Lenskart eyewear collections, including frame styles, lens types, and features, to provide informed recommendations.

Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Maintain store displays and product arrangements to showcase eyewear attractively.

Attractive incentives and other facilities as per company policy.

Flexible duty hours.

Product training will be given by Lenskart at Gurgaon (1 month) all expenses will be borne by Lenskart for training.

Presenting products or services to potential customers, highlighting benefits and addressing their need.

Negotiating terms, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Working closely with marketing and other internal teams to achieve sales targets. 

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective sales presentations and customer interactions. 

Persuasion and Negotiation Skills: The ability to persuade customers 

A thorough understanding of the products or services being sold.
