Supervise and train staff, including fuel attendants, to ensure they provide excellent customer service and adhere to safety protocols. 

Monitor fuel levels, order supplies, and ensure the station is stocked with essential items, including lubricants and convenience store items. 

Track sales, manage cash flow, and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping. 

Ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and any other relevant regulations.

Oversee the smooth functioning of the station, including opening/closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring equipment is in good working order. 

• Coordinate with fuel suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain good working relationships.
