Job description

Technician/Mechanic:
  • Diagnose vehicle problems using computerized diagnostic tools and technical manuals.
  • Perform routine maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
  • Repair or replace worn parts like brakes, suspension components, and sensors. 
Service Advisor:

  • Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and document service requests. 
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians
  • Provide cost estimates and explain repair procedures
  • Manage repair orders, invoices, and payments
