Job Description:

As a Business Development Specialist at ORBX Technologies Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and identifying new business opportunities. You will be responsible for researching market trends, identifying potential clients/customers, and developing strategic partnerships to expand our market reach. Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  1. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conducting thorough market research to identify emerging trends, industry developments, and potential growth opportunities.
    • Analyzing market data and competitor strategies to develop insights and recommendations for business expansion.
  1. Client/Customer Acquisition:
    • Identifying and prospecting potential clients/customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research.
    • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
    • Developing tailored proposals and presentations to showcase our products/services and address client/customer needs effectively.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the industries we serve.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, sales principles, and business development strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop actionable plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
