Front Desk & Patient Coordination
Manage appointments, scheduling, and patient flow
Handle patient inquiries (in person / phone / email)
Administrative Support
Maintain patient records (digital or physical)
Ensure proper documentation and filing
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and lab staff
Billing & Insurance
Assist with billing, invoices, and payment tracking
Coordinate with insurance providers (if applicable)
Operations Management
Ensure smooth daily clinic/hospital operations
Manage supplies (medical + office inventory)
Coordinate maintenance and vendor services
Compliance & Confidentiality
Maintain patient confidentiality
Ensure basic healthcare regulations are followed
