Job Description

Responsibilities:

MIS Executive:
Maintain sales, inventory, and customer data records
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Update and manage Excel sheets and databases
Analyze sales performance and generate insights
Coordinate with billing and sales team for accurate data
Ensure proper documentation and record keeping

Telecaller:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Inform customers about new collections, offers, and promotions
Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups
Generate leads and support showroom sales
Maintain call records and customer database

Requirements:
Good communication skills in local language & English
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data entry
Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
Ability to multitask between MIS and calling work
Attention to detail and accuracy
Prior experience in retail/jewellery industry preferred

Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
