Job Description

Job Summary: The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Jamibadi.com Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
Generate leads via calls, emails, field visits, and digital platforms
Present company products/services to potential clients
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client on boarding
Attend Loan Meeting
Builder Visit
Builder Tie up
Documentation
Project soft copy collection
National Bank Visit
Bank Tie up
Help in login process
CP Meeting and Tie up
Data Collection

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce
1–3 years of experience in sales/business development (real estate/finance preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Freshers are welcome
Candidates must have their own bike with valid driving license and smartphone
Salary & Benefits
Salary for freshers 10k to 12k
Salary is Negotiable for Experienced Candidates
EPF and ESI will be applicable after probation period.
TA & DA will be provided
