The Primary School Teacher is responsible for teaching Classes I–X, creating an engaging and supportive learning environment, and ensuring students’ academic and overall development in line with the school curriculum.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver lessons in subjects like English, Mathematics, EVS, Hindi Etc.

Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments.

Monitor and evaluate student progress; maintain academic records.

Manage classroom discipline and encourage positive behaviour.

Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance.

Participate in school events, meetings, and training programs.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree with B.Ed (CTET/TET preferred).

Good communication and classroom management skills.

Patience, creativity, and passion for working with children.

Basic knowledge of digital teaching tools is an advantage.
